Wavelyngth Equities collects only what you send it. This notice describes the whole of it, including the one form on this site that asks you for anything.
01What is collected
This site sets no tracking cookies, runs no third-party analytics, and carries no advertising technology. Simply reading it leaves nothing behind.
Information reaches the firm only when you send it. The request-access form asks for your name, your email address, your organisation, whether you are an accredited investor, and whatever you choose to write in the message. Nothing on the page collects anything else, and nothing is inferred about you.
You can also simply write to invest@wavelyngth.com, in which case the firm holds your address and your message and nothing more.
02How it is used
What you send is used for one purpose: to correspond with you about an investment relationship. It is not sold, rented, or shared, and it is not added to any marketing list.
Whether you identify yourself as an accredited investor is used to decide what the firm may lawfully discuss with you. It is not a credit check and it is not verified against any outside source.
03Retention and removal
Correspondence is retained only as long as an active dialogue, or a legal obligation, requires.
To have your address removed, write to invest@wavelyngth.com. Removal is confirmed in writing.
04Third parties
The pages are served as static files, so reading the site passes nothing to anyone.
Submitting the form does involve one processor: the firm's database and application host, which stores what you send so the firm can read and reply to it. That is the only third party in the path, it acts on the firm's instructions alone, and the firm operates no data-sharing, advertising, or profiling arrangements connected to this site.
